Top 10 of 2008
Tis the season “to count down and list off” (as DaddyD put it) the top 10s, year reviews (I hear one is coming on this blog as well) and what not else to fill the holidail lack of news.
Tis – now – my iPod speaking and she (when I got it assumed she was female, since it somehow got the name “lil’bitch” as in female dog) will present the top 10 songs of 2008. Enjoooy. In reversed order.
10 – Bag of Hammers by Thao
9 - Cheap and Cheerful by The Kills
8 – Low by Flo Rida
7 – L.E.S. D.A.N.C.E by Santogold vs. Justice
6 – Dance, Dance, Dance – Lykke Li (I had to copy and paste that one)
5 – Back in Your Head by Tegan and Sarah
4 – Fluorescent Adolescent by Arctic Monkeys
3 – Divine by Sebastien Tellier
2 - Love Like Semtex by The Infadels
1 – Kids by MGMT
Not really released this year but my favorite: A live version of Inside Of Love by Nada Surf… I’m melting…
Also don’t forget the United State Of Pop mix DaddyD was talking about…

The title of today’s blog entry is quite self-explanatory. After having experienced “minor challenges” (see the PR Lady spot of Mac vs. PC) with my new Macbook’s screen (the viewing angle’s quality was bitchy), the “Apple Care Dude” and I decided to replace it with a whole new one. It is a bummer having the amount of money in mind I paid for it (I am getting a new one, next week on Thursday). However, writing that entry now sort of serves several purposes.
